This past weekend was busy, busy, busy around Indy. Hoosiers participated in the Heart Walk, the Hoosier Outdoor Experience and the Walk from Obesity. Fortunately, the good weather helps encourage us to keep up the outdoor activities. The weather looks good for the remainder of this week too, so keep moving! And don’t forget that many farmers’ markets are still open for business this time of year so you can continue to enjoy fresh, local produce.
This week we include an eclectic mix of articles from the world of health. Read how your kids’ physical activity might affect their classroom performance and get details about an upcoming workshop from the Center of Wellness for Urban Women (CWUW).
