If you look back over our recent blogs, it’s obvious that we like to talk about food on the Moms blog. This summer, we’ve talked about ice cream, farmers’ markets, healthy food at the Indiana State Fair and more. But eating healthy is just one part of the equation. Families and children also need to be physically active. So this week’s edition of our weekly news links will focus on ways to keep moving as we say goodbye to the summer.

With the optimal weather we’ve been having, it is the perfect time to enjoy many outdoor activities.
