As we said last week, September is not the month to slow down. In fact, with school in full swing, plus family and work responsibilities, the fall can be one of the busiest times of the year. Despite a busy schedule, we all must find the time to fit in physical activities, plan out meals and make healthy choices. This week our first two links share ideas on how to add some healthy balance to your life.

In our links, we also like to include real stories about people who are putting theory into practice and changing for the better. This week we share a story about a family making healthy changes to help their tween kids.
