Posted by Lisa Vielee on March 15, 2010 in Family Activities, Fitness and Health Tips, Healthy Recipes, Weekly Links

It’s March and that means St. Patrick’s Day, March Madness, the beginning of spring AND National Nutrition Month.  This annual campaign sponsored by the American Dietetic Association “focuses on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits.” This year’s theme is “Nutrition From the Ground Up.” Be sure to check their website for nutrition information for your family, including book recommendations and helpful videos.

We’re all about helping you make better choices and creating healthier habits. For example, in our March Challenge you can learn about Super Foods and enter to win $400 worth of fresh fruits and vegetables. The best part: the produce is from Farm Fresh Delivery and will be delivered to your door for six months!

I hope lots of people sign up for the March Challenge! What a great prize!
