Ready or not, the holiday season is officially in full gear! We hope you are enjoying time with family, getting some exercise in (Shopping and the requisite mall walking involved count as exercise!) and finding creative ways to enjoy the holidays and the abundance of goodies this season brings (in moderation, of course).
