Staff at Little Red Door Cancer Agency, a local organization that provides services to low-income cancer patients, recently planted an herb, vegetable and fruit garden. The garden features plants like broccoli, tomatoes and eggplants – vegetables that have cancer-fighting properties.

We knew The Cheesecake Factory was not the healthiest place to eat, but we didn’t know their Pasta Carbonara has 2,500 calories and 85 grams of saturated fat (a four-day supply). We also didn’t know that some of our other favorite restaurants have menu items with extremely unhealthy calories counts, salt and fat content.













I find that when I do just a little research into what restaurant food is made of… it can be down right jaw dropping!!
