Weekly New Links Week of March 22

Posted by Eleather Baker on March 22, 2010 in Fitness and Health Tips, Nutrition, Weekly Links

We were ready to post spring stories about the outdoor activities one can do now that spring has officially arrived. And then March started being March, and the cold and windy rain made us think that we would save those articles for another day.

Instead, this week’s links are about healthy changes you can make no matter the weather outside. For example, our second article is about a simple color-coding system you can use with kids to help them understand which foods are good for them.

Enjoy this edition of our weekly news links, and let’s hope we all get to enjoy some outdoor activities and warmer temps later this week!
