I’ve been inspired! By a movie about food and blogging none the less.
If someone can try to make recipes from a cookbook and blog about it, why can‘t I do something similar? So next I thought, what would I blog about?
Would it be trying a healthy recipe once a day or week? No, I already try and to that with each meal I make.
Exercise each and every day? Again, I already try to do that. What is it then?
Then it came to me. I am going to attempt a different or extreme type of exercise each month. I’ll find a type of exercise that seems odd or different than the normal everyday type. I’ll give it a try for at least 3 days a week for 4 weeks. I will choose exercises that I don’t have to join a gym to do, are not that expensive, and can even be done at home or outside. I want to make sure that anyone anywhere could do them.
First up, belly dancing!
But what kinds of exercises should I try next? I’ll be searching the internet, talking to friends, and reading the FitCity website for ideas. I would love to hear your suggestions as well. Let me know about the exercises you want to try, the ones you want someone else to try for you, and the ones that just sounded weird. I’ll give them a try and let you now how it went. Maybe you’ll even want to try them with me. Wish me luck!

How about yoga? Or if you want extreme, that hot yoga? What about mega stair climbing? Find a building with the most stairs you can find and walk those stairs! Can’t remember how little your youngest is, but what about Stroller Strides?
I will keep those in mind. I know the yoga you are talking about and that could be hard!
IndyParks has several classes in their new Fall Fun Guide. I saw Ballroom Dancing, Flamenco dancing and some others. Classes were reasonably priced and some were free.
Thanks Jennifer I will definitely check them out. So far so good with Belly Dancing. Tons of fun!
