Who says learning to be healthy can’t be fun?
Not the kids in the Riley Hospital POWER ( Pediatric Overweight Education and Research) Program. We visited the kids and their parents this week at the Children’s Better Health Institute’s Fitness Farm. Each week, the kids learn cooking tips from a registered dietitian, play fun games and exercise! During our visit, they tried yoga and spaghetti squash.
A new session starts Thursday, October 7. For more information, call (317) 948-5888 or visit rileyhospital.org/POWER.
